I have the main level of my home that has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath, ($1200)and then the two other rooms ( $800 each) have a shared bathroom across the hall.. located in Windsor, Colorado minutes from the lake and downtown. High school and middle school less than five minute walk. If you were wanting to rent the entire main floor, I will offer a decent discount.

I wont be actually living here, I have the basement rented to a couple and their daughter. They’re quiet to themselves obviously, we ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors. Renting one or all rooms.
