Our community is in Ellenwood its very quiet great neighbors, no crime. I keep up the huge yard your expected to keep clean your areas & the common area when you use it. My roommates and I are quiet, neat, clean and drama free. He works mornings and is very low keyed. I’m semi-retired & work as a landscaper with flowers & plants. I’m no drama & very free spirited.
