Smaller upstairs private bedroom is furnished, we can move the bed and furniture if needed. We have a dresser and plenty of storage space. Kitchen is very spacious and would be ideal for someone who loves to cook! One big fridge and a big freezer in the garage as well as a utility room with washer and dryer. Shared bathroom with 2 females. Neighborhood is very quiet and in central Roseville and we have no pets, children, or smokers in the house. Close to a lot of shopping, parks and food! Rent includes all utilities such as water, electric, gas, trash and internet. One month deposit ($975)

Landlords live in the downstairs bedroom and there is 1 gentleman who lives upstairs in master bedroom and 2 nice ladies living in smaller room. The girls are really clean and our ex-tenant has no problem with them. We are all working professionals, so the house is very quiet. Basically 4 people are often living here, I’m working full time in Napa. Prefer a tenant with no pets even though I really love them.
