The room is on the second story in a gated community. There is plenty of parking. Kitchen, living room, and laundry privileges. It’s close to multiple schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. Renter must have proof of income. Looking for a professional that does not do drugs or will be bringing multiple guests into the home and cleans up after themselves. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

I am a single mother to a 6 year old, who is not home 3 days a week. I am a nurse and work long hours. Very calm home.
