I’m a 39-year-old female I have my bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, I work in admissions for a college as a Military Student Success Manager. I also have a part-time job two nights a week. I have a four bedroom house with a pool and I have two rooms on the other side of the house that is currently being rented. I’m looking to rent the other room to one person who does not have overnight guests. It is unfurnished.

I worked as an admissions counselor for ASU for 6 and half years. Looking for a long term roommate to join our home.

I’m very chill, I love to cook but I work a lot I’m very busy. I’m looking for somebody that works and has a like mind.

I work anywhere from 5 to 10 shifts a week between both my jobs looking to split bills and costs. I really do want to rent my other room out to relieve some of the bills so I can go off and ride my paddle board and enjoy my life.

I have not had a drink in over 4 years and 7 months so I am looking for somebody that is not drinking all the time. As that would not be a good fit here. Thanks for reading. I am excited to hear back from you.

I am 39 years old I work for a college and I also work a second job. I don’t drink but I am 420 friendly. I do not smoke cigarettes and I don’t want them in the house but if you do smoke you can smoke out on the patio there’s an ashtray in the front and out back. 420 is allowed inside so that must be something that’s okay with you.
