About the room
120 sqr foot bedroom with a queen bed and lots of closet space. Bedding and towels provided if needed. 2 windows with lots of daylight. Blackout curtains and blinds are on the windows. Large shared kitchen, BBQ, and garden space. Monthly utility costs are $70 per room.
About the roomies
In the house there is myself, and dog named Hamish and a cat named kitty. I also have a gentleman that rents out a second room. He works alot and has a girlfriend and he is not here very often. I work from home most of the time. My dog is a Wheaton Terrier and he is hypoallergenic. He is 10 and well trained. Sorry but no kids. We are all very friendly.
