If you enjoy being close to downtown but also don’t like having to find street parking, this might be the place for you. Downtown Lancaster is about a 5 minute drive away, you are in walking distance to Regal Cinema, and the neighbors on the one side are dead silent… cause it’s a cemetery. You would have your own room that has a closet, a dresser, and a twin bed and mattress (not currently pictured). You are welcome to bring more furniture for the room but that is all I am able to supply. The bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. will all be shared spaces and there is a laundry room in the basement. There is a half fenced yard, big porch, and driveway. Utilities will be split 50/50 on top of rent; Internet and electric each month, water every three months, and trash every six months. The monthly utilities bill very rarely, if ever, goes above $90.

Besides myself, there are two cats here. Oswald and Arlo are both the sweetest cats in the world. Please be assured that they would not be any of your responsibility besides making sure they aren’t let outside when entering and leaving the house. I mainly teach English online to Chinese kids from home in a closet at early hours in the morning. But I am also a dance teacher and occasionally perform or help put up shows at local theatre’s in the area. While at home, you’ll mostly find me watching Anime, playing video games, or sleeping (because waking up at 3:30 each morning really gets to ya sometimes). The best fit for a housemate would be someone who is clean, tidy, and willing to take initiative to help out around the house (basic chores and household duties like taking out the trash on trash day) when it needs done. I’m a pretty chill person and, besides being respectful to the house and to myself, I don’t really expect a whole lot!
