The room is in a beautiful townhouse in Painesville in a great and safe neighborhood. The house is fully furnished and professionally cleaned. Utilities are separate.
The lease can be for any length of time.
Optional in-garage parking is available.
Lease duration can be for ANY LENGTH, including short-term leases such as three months.
We are pet free.
Drug use including smoking or vaping is prohibited in the house.
Maintenance details will be outlined in the house rules in the renter’s contract.
About the roomies
I am the homeowner and there is one more roommate. We are both in our 20’s.
We are all in separate rooms. We share a kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The house is typically quiet so perfect for WFH or quieter types. We are pet free. Drug use including smoking or vaping is prohibited in the house.
