Spacious room for rent with two closets inside a 4-Bedroom Home

Available is a spacious room, with a shared bathroom with one other roommate, Javier. Bathroom is a double vanity so you well get your own sink. No security deposit required since it’s already paid to the renting agency.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and includes a large, fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Ample parking is available with both street and driveway spots (first-come, first-served).

Please Note that we are all tenants on the lease. We are on a month-to-month rental agreement. You would be added to this agreement, which provides flexibility for both parties with a standard 30-day notice period to vacate. This process involves taking over the existing room and being added to the official rental agreement through our property management company. This will require standard proof of income and a background check.

I am Alex, male 🏳️‍🌈, currently work full time and take online classes. I also make sure all the bills get payed on time with the house. Javier, male 🏳️‍🌈, also shares this bathroom, and works full time. Alex, female, works full time, MUA. We all have packed weeks so mostly home evening and weekends.
