Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate to take the second room in my 2 bed / 1 bath apartment right on Sunset Way — it’s super close to all the downtown Issaquah shops, restaurants, and trails (everything’s within walking distance!).

You’ll get your own bedroom (unfurnished) and share the bathroom with me. The place is on the top floor with windows on all sides, so it gets great light and feels really open.

In-unit washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, silverware, etc.) — but there’s space if you want to bring your own stuff. Mostly furnished, and I’m totally open to adding more or rearranging. You’re welcome to decorate the common areas however you like. Parking and W/S/G included in rent. Only other costs are internet + heating, which we’d split evenly. I’ve liked living here for the past year and am looking for someone to resign with me for the next year!

I’m a young professional who moved to Issaquah for work. I work hybrid (usually in the office Tuesday through Thursday) and I’m pretty social! I’d love to have a roommate who’s open to hanging out sometimes, like having movie nights or grabbing dinner downtown. In my free time, I enjoy art, sports, and movies. I’m not a clean freak, so a little mess doesn’t bother me as long as it gets dealt with within a few days, I just like to keep the space comfortable and livable. I really value open and direct communication, so if anything ever comes up, I’d rather talk it through and handle it quickly. I also have a small dog who loves people but can be hit or miss with other animals. I’m open to having a roommate with another dog, especially if they’re calm and get along well with other dogs, and I’m totally willing to train and help them coexist smoothly.
