My fiance and I are looking for an respectful roommate to move in our second bedroom end of this month, Mid June or beginning of July. We live in a nice neighborhood. We are six minutes away from the Chico campus. We have a decent sized backyard, garage and in unit dryer and washing machine. We have cats but are okay with having other pets here. Depending on how many and how they get along with other animals. The lease is month to month Pge is between $50-75 depending on overall usage. Internet is $50. Trash is $35 every 3 months
