My name is Jason(owner of the property), I’m 26 and I live here with my cat, One other tenant, and her dog. I am very laid back, considerate, and can get along with pretty much any personality type as long as you’re a good person. I like to keep the house pretty clean but I love company so guests are always welcome. I do handyman work on the side so the house is always in good shape. Working on some homesteading and garden projects in the side yard. I also have a boat I take to the lake quite frequently, always looking for new friends to tag along. Tenuja (the tenant living in the other room upstairs) is 27 and has been a great roommate so far in the two months she’s been here. Very kind, clean and considerate. Her dog Brownie is also very friendly and is about the same size as the cat.
