Hey everyone! I’m 24 and recently bought a new home, and I’m looking to rent out one more room. Rents $600 per room. Utilies split into 4. a newly built house, so all appliances are brand-new. I am looking for roommates between the ages of 20 and 35. The home is conveniently located—just a 10-minute drive to Creighton University and downtown Omaha, 18 minutes from Strat Offutt AFB, and a 16-minute drive to UNO I’m open to applicants with stable income, even if credit isn’t perfect.

A few things about myself. I work as a medical device rep, I like to hike, travel abroad, take weekend trips, go to any events that are outside, love watching college sports on weekends, and partner swing dancing. I like to stay active and out of the house as much as possible and youre more than welcome to come tag along. If youre a person that likes to keep to themselves then no worries. I will only interact as much as you want too. All I ask from you as a tenent is to keep the living room and kitchen clean! I wont get in your way. Im respectfully of everyone’s space.

My roommates are 24 and 27. They are both chill people and we all get along well. We keep the place clean and respect each others space!
