House share, one single bedroom with walk-in closet for a female. Townhouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood with convenient parking 30 feet from the townhouse. The room is furnished with a solid cherry single bed with dresser .The rental includes all amenities including Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, use of the kitchen which includes microwave, oven and dishwasher.All utilities are included .The bedroom has a window and good lighting. The house has central air and heating with a very nice deck.The large bathroom is shared with another female. No parties, no pets, no smoking, no kidding! The rent is $800 per month with $100 security deposit. Please include your name with all communications. P.S BTW, the photo from a distance that has the workmen installing a new roof is the townhouse.

The other Housemate who is a female works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. I am the owner of the owner of the property. I’m age 76. I’m retired from the practice of law. I occupy the master bedroom which has a separate bathroom.
