This is more than just a room rental — it’s a comfortable, well-cared-for house share where I want you to feel just as at home as I do. The available bedroom is 10x10 and was just fully remodeled. . The bedroom has fresh paint, new trim, a ceiling fan, and outlets and switches on every wall. There’s a standard reach-in closet plus a huge hallway closet exclusively for your use (if needed). The room can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, it includes a Full Size bed with a new mattress (Restoration Hardware low style frame). The bathroom is not privately attached to the bedroom, but it’s pretty much like that because it’s just the next door in the hallway—next to the bedroom. Pretty and well kept bathroom (I will uploaded pics of it too). At this time, I just shower in this bathroom because my master bathroom is partially under construction. However, I don’t linger in this bathroom or really spend time in there at all because I still use my side of the house for getting ready or anything related to that. So I only shower in there and out. 95% that bathroom is private, and 5% is because I shower in there. The home is 2,100 sq. ft. and thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort. You’ll be sharing it with me, but it feels more like splitting a house. I’m looking for a 3–6 month lease to start, then month-to-month. Rent is $900 month, all utilities included, and no deposit required.
