There is 2 rooms available. If interested in both, a new price can be discussed that would be cheaper than double, one room is completely furnished and the other is not. The furnished room is available for use while staying here. Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Conway historical district. New inspection recently done. Must be willing to handle the pets I have. 2 dogs, 2 cats. If moving in the middle of the month, you’ll only be responsible for the security deposit and rent not until the following month. Will give a window of the first week of the month 1st - 7th to choose what day works best for you. Everything included. Can discuss long or short term rentals. Long term rentals, pets can be discussed. Limit to one pet for consideration.

About the roomies

Currently there is just me (32, female, Stephanie) and my boyfriend (34, male, Alex) live in the master bedroom with our two dogs and two cats. Living room, kitchen are the common areas. Living room is open for roommate at anytime. Lots of seating and couch and love seat have recliners at each end and can be used for company and would appreciate some kind of notification. We spend a lot of time in our room because I am resting most times I am home because I work two jobs. We both work and just enjoy a quiet night at home. We do like to play music and if ever noise is an issue for either party, everything can be discussed with patience, understanding and respect. Me and Alex our very judge free and open minded to any walks of life and consider our home a safe space and will not accept our home being anything different.
