About the room: Rent is $700 + utilities (normally no more than $50-75 each) for the second largest room in the apartment. We are right on Pilot Butte State Park. The apartment backs up to the butte, so there’s access to trails and the big park green right from our door. We are also located under 3 miles away from Downtown Bend; it’s 5-7 mins drive depending on traffic.

About us: We are both in our 20s and we have a very friendly 1 year old cat and 9 year old dog (non-shedding). We both work full-time but love to hang out when we are home!
