I live in a two bedroom one bath condo and looking to rent the second bedroom. Located on the bottom floor. I am located right off of Encinitas Blvd in a wonderful area that is about 1/4 miles to the 5N / 5S and approximately 1.2 miles to Moonlight Beach. The location is great. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc. It is a small condo complex and very quiet. Neighbors are great. I am open to a pet if you have one. There is a beautiful communal backyard that has a gorgeous view as well. There is an in - unit washer and dryer and you would have a personal garage for storage and / or parking.
