Hello, I am looking for an awesome professional new roommate for my home in Shaw, DC. The house is within a walking distance to Shaw Metro, Mount Vernon Metro , U St. bars, and Logan circle, all less than 1.0 mile. It is less than two miles to NoMa, Wharf, Georgetown, Navy Yard. Smithsonians, and more. The room is fully furnished with queen bed, 48 inch tv, dresser, closet, and plenty of sunlight. There is a full bathroom just outside the room, rarely shared. Linens, toilet paper, and towels will be provided. The house has a workout area, plenty of shared spaces, a front and backyard areas. Rent includes all utilities, internet, TV, and more.
