I have put upgraded furniture but the room is currently occupied. Full house privileges. High speed internet, your own large size refrigerator. Available August 1, Looking for responsible roommate that has steady income. $75 towards utilities (FPL, Xfinity, Water And Trash) No heavy drinkers and no drugs! If you smoke it must be outside. Outdoor patio with 2 couches, high top table with chairs, BBQ, and two gravity sun chairs to layout or just relax. Commercial size Large Washer and dryer, 7 person Private Outdoor Jacuzzi on the second outside patio that you are welcome to use anytime. Quiet, quaint and peaceful!
