Sarah's room

The bottom floor is for rent at my town house. It consist of 1 room and a full bathroom. The bedroom is roughly 12×10. Kitchen, living room, and laundry room would be shared. There is a single space in the drive way for a car as well. Theres a small patio in the backyard. Located in a decent neighborhood close to Chesapeake Square mall and close to the interstate.

I’m a single female in her mid 20’s. I have a two well behaved cats. I am very layed back and can get along easily with others. I enjoy netflix and hanging out with friends. There are no other roommates which is very ideal. I work fulltime and would prefer someone similar or a student.
