It’s a two bedroom house with a full basement which can be more of your personal space if you’d like, plus your own bedroom. The living room obviously will still be a common space as will the sunroom, fenced in backyard, and a storage shed. Utilities for water range from $55-$75 and energy is a ridiculous $120-$360. Your room has a queen size bed, with two side tables and two closets. Plus two lamps, a chair and a coffee table, with a tv. I have all the appliances that we would need and maybe we could share a storage unit for duplicate stuff. I love this house and I’ve rented here with my mom for the past five years, before she passed in April. Hopefully, you can enjoy this safe clean home with me. I don’t have a lot of company over. I don’t have kids or a partner. So I’m not a noisy or nosey roommate.

I am 47 as of 11/9/25 , I work full time job, single, lgbtq, Liberal, spiritual, equality and tree lovin gal. I see this as an opportunity to help someone in a similar “yikes, now what?” Situation. I do crafts and like to watch true crime docs and diy vids. Paranormal shows. I read Tarot and love being a big sister and aunt. I like gatherings, but not surprise visits. I love animals, but especially doggos. I’m really hoping to find a Dynamic Duo friend and not have to break the lease and scramble to find another place.
