About the room
The carpet has a rug on top of it. Washer and dryer and kitchen access, private bathroom and bedroom. The utilities are basic amounts paid but if you take long showers that cost the water bill to go over the basic amount then you have to pay for the overage which is what you used. My cost is 80.00 that I pay for basic water, they charge 7.50 a gallon extra when you go over the basic water usuage. So if it goes over that you pay for your usage. If i use extra water to clean my car or the house then that month I will cover. That is fair.
About the roomies
I am 69 retired, i have a peaceful and quiet home and stay to myself and live alone. I am Civil and respectful person and my room mate should be the same and follow the house rules.No company. I Work part-time for Doordash.
