This is an upstairs unit, so you won’t have to worry about noise from neighbors. Vaulted ceilings open up the space and the skylights help cut down the electricity bill. Internet is also excluded, to be split among the tenants. The rest (water, trash, gas) is included. The complex includes access to the community pool and jacuzzi. Parking will need to be discussed as we have 2 spots for 3 people, with parking structures nearby.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, ample storage, an over-range microwave, and plenty of counter space. The generous balcony off the living room is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, hang out with friends, or enjoy the fresh air.

The room (first 2 pics most recent but also pictured in the listing photos) can come partially furnished with a desk, rolling chair, twin mattress and box spring (no frame) and side table provided free of charge if you are interested. It includes a small private balcony, blackout blinds, double sliding door mirrored closet, and overhead adjustable fan + dimmable light. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person (who is not often around).

Hi, I’m Jaime! I’m 29 and currently funemployed, which means I spend a lot of time with my cat, who is a very sweet and shy girl and honestly doesn’t do much but sleep, if I’m being honest. My cat used to live with a bunch of other cats and seems to get along fine with the neighborhood strays via the screen door, so I’m sure with a gradual enough introduction period she would be happy to have another pet for company.

I’m typically a homebody but I do enjoy the occasional night out and am thinking about starting up dancing again. I also enjoy hosting events for friends! Past events include DIY Pizza, Paint & Sip, and Afternoon Tea Party.

My roommate Pooja is 23 and works at a research lab and is also taking some medical classes at night. She is seldom home but very nice and helps me out with hosting events. You would be sharing a bathroom with her.
