No overnight guests allowed. Potential Roomie must be clean, neat, tidy and respectful. Shared Kitchen and appliances must be kept clean. You will have covered Parking inside garage with remote control access. 10 minutes to Kroger, Publix, Walmart, and many restaurants. Easy access to interstates I-675, I-285, and I-75. There is also a Bus stop nearby. Laundromat 10 minutes away. Absolutely NO smoking, no drugs, or alcohol allowed please. Bedroom is located upstairs on 2nd floor.
