The room is in a single family house. We have a two car garage, backyard and plenty parking choices within the propert. Included is Internet, laundry, new separate refrigerator, and can wash and work on you vehicle if so desired. Full new refrigerator will be exclusively for the renter. I have power washer and can wash auto and park inside garage. Internet and amenities included. I allow for car maintenance to be done on property as long as the person cleans up after.

I am a married, retired, disabled veteran. My stepson is the only other occupant. We only come to California a few weeks out of the year. We are about to head back to Arkansas after cleaning and fixing things. I am on a fixed income thus renting the room seems appropriate. We are quiet and clean people. We want to find someone with same attitude.
