This room has three separate areas. It includes a bedroom with a full sized bed and closet, an additional room with huge closet and private balcony. Pay for a room but enjoy apartment amenities. Amazing chef’s kitchen and bathroom. You will have your own room and will share the common areas. Looking for someone who is clean, professional, peaceful and responsible. Heat, hot water, gas, electricity and WIFI included. A/C is extra. Room is furnished. No pets and no guests after 9PM.

It’s a month to month contract so you have flexibility in the time you need to stay here. Minimum 3 month stay. Potential to move in as soon as possible. Good working people. Great location in Ludlow park section of Yonkers, second floor, secured house, monitored common spaces, safe neighborhood. Looking for someone who is clean, reliable and considerate.

Private house is just a 5 minute walk from the Metro-North train station a 2 minute walk to the beeline bus #32 and #8. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, churches etc. in the area. Mount Saint Vincent college is also close by.
