The area is quite and the room space is nice.it is not shared bathroom, or living room space.strictly private. It is not furnished, but I can assist with that if you want.No one has lived in the room ,it is brand new with new fixtures and all.i have minimal guests.mail box is down the road from the house… it’s close to mountview corridor ,Walmart and a shopping plaza is just 5miles away.its a gated community with no crime or theft records.Good for kids and families.Neighbors are nice and helpful when needed.Serious inquiries only please.
