This is an end unit, single private room in a 4x4 apartment, with an attached private bathroom and in-unit laundry. Male or female welcome. Bed/mattress, desk, and dresser included with unit. Currently has 3 males living in the unit. Located just off of I-15 on Geneva Road, across from UVU, it is in a prime location for commute to school, shopping, and recreation. Great view of Utah Lake from the entire apartment. This apartment comes with access to an outdoor pool in the spring and summer, an all-year long hot-tub, as well as full access to a 24 hour gym. The complex offers covered/uncovered parking. November month already paid! A 7-day vacancy period is required before moving into the unit for the complex to prepare everything for arrival.
About the roomies
There are currently 3 other males living in the apartment. All work and are in their 20’s. Everyone has a private room and bathroom, however share a common space, kitchen, and the in-unit laundry.
