Looking for a clean, respectfully, gainfully employed tenant (ideally male) for a furnished private basement room with a shared bathroom in the 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement. The home is a single-family split level 5 bedroom 2 bath home in Oxon Hill. The basement has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living area, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a laundry/dryer unit. The entire basement is completely furnished. The space is extremely clean. This unit was formerly a 5-star AIRBNB. The owner is looking for a long-term tenant for this space. The space will be available in the first week of February. One gentleman already lives in the basement. So you’ll be sharing the space with another guy.

Having a private car is highly recommended, though public transportation is available. Street Parking is available. Rent does not include utilities (Utilities generally range around $100/monthly.)

There will be a total of 5 folks living in the house. The room is in the basement where the laundry machines are located.

The first floor will be occupied by women, and the second floor will be occupied ideally by men. But any single person is welcome in the basement.
