The available bedroom is completely furnished with a queen bed, a dedicated workstation (table, chairs), dresser, and a lamp. The rest of the home is also completely furnished with a living area, dining area, TV, sofas, kitchen, and laundry/dryer unit (in the basement). There is also a backyard and a front yard. The rest of the house is also rented out to working professionals. There are three rooms on the main floor and one bath. You will be sharing the bath with two extremely clean women. That being said, the home is extremely clean and well taken care of. It was newly renovated. The tenants are expected to clean the common areas every week. Rent does not include utilities (roughly $100/month). It is located about one mile away from the National Harbor. In a fantastic location: 3-5 mins from Top Golf - Oxon Hill 5-7 mins from Tanger Outlets - National Harbor 5-10 mins from MGM Grand Casino National Harbor 10 mins from Washington DC 15 mins from Old Town Alexandria Public transportation is available but driving is strongly recommended.
