It is a single house located in quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes of walking to Springfield Plaza, less than 5 minutes of driving to I-95, I-395 highway

You will get:

1. A quiet private bedroom, size: 10’ x 11’9’’
2. Share bathroom with 2 other adults
3. Share kitchen with me and maybe another (light cooking only)
4. Share laundry
5. Share living room
6. Enjoying a large and quiet backyard

You need to have

1. $800 monthly rent including the bills of utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet access, and trash pickup).
2. Being mindful and respectful of using shared areas like bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
3. Friendliness to my chihuahua (8 lbs dog)

Please no pets, no smoking, no drug using, no illegal activities at the house.

This is for individual renting only, no couples.

To be moving in you need:

1. $40 for running background/credit check
2. Once the background check clear, you need to have $800 for security deposit, it will return to you when you move out.
3. Sign the monthly contract
4. $800 for the first month of rent
