The entire 1st floor is reserved for the downstairs roommates only, so this setup is best suited for someone comfortable with a simple, self-contained cooking arrangement. You’ll also have access to shared amenities including washer and dryer in the basement, backyard deck, and off-street parking. This is a spacious 4-bedroom house tucked away on a quiet culled sac. It’s the very last house on the block, so it feels nice and private. It’s got a great backyard with a deck that’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out, and there’s an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer for extra convenience. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. It’s close to many stores, places to eat and access to the Bus stop is right down the street. Everything you need is conveniently within easy reach.

This home is shared by two mature female adults (40+) who occupy the entire 1st floor. We value a respectful, honest, and peaceful living environment. We’re both independent and keep to our own routines which helps create a calm, stable home not a party setting. We are considerate of each other’s space and privacy. Our communication is open and respectful, and we aim to keep things easygoing and drama-free. We are looking for the same in a tenant.
