About the room
Upstairs unfurnished room in a cute cape-cod style house in Woodbridge. Access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Wraparound porch/deck you can use as long as you keep it tidy. Utilities included and shared internet.
Close to multiple shopping centers within Woodbridge and close to highways to access most NOVA areas. No HOA!
Some current housemates are moving out, and the pictures reflect that. Don’t worry, we will be cleaning before move-in!
About the roomies
Friendly married couple with a husky, one is a teacher and the other a dispatcher. One older roommate who keeps to himself. We are all pretty quiet and respectful of boundaries. We are also all gamers in some fashion (tabletop, video games, etc.), so if you’re looking for a DnD group hit us up!
We prioritize openness and safety and are a household with a LGBTQ+ population (the couple is a trans woman and cis woman). So please make sure you are okay with that!
