Fully furnished shared common areas and a very large yard that’s great for a dog with energy to run off and a fire pit and room for a garden. Utilities and WiFi are split evenly between roommates and always a reasonable amount. Looking for a responsible, respectful roommate, preferably female. LGBTQ+ household, intolerance will not be permitted.

You’d be sharing the home with two great roommates — both female, ages 19 and 33. They’re friendly but tend to keep to themselves, so it’s a comfortable, low-drama household with plenty of privacy and quiet time.
