About the room

1 fairly large bedroom with 1 full bathroom (doubles as the guest bathroom) but I have very few guests. Your own walk in closet, and back door entrance if you would like to use it. Also backyard patio seating with a fire pit,and BBQ grill. The room can be completely empty/unfurnished,or can come with a bed, desk and shelves if you would like.

About the roomies

I am the only other person living in the house ,there are no other occupants. I do have a fur baby, and if you have a fur baby that is completely fine as long as it is a medium size dog (not a large dog) , and he or she gets along with my dog.

Also about me, I am very tidy (not OCD) but I do like to keep a pretty clean house, and I do stress that adults pick up after themselves especially in the common areas. Whatever you do in your room is your business, I’m not a snooper and I will not be in your personal space. However the kitchen ( if you used) , and the guest restroom should stay decently tidy after use. I’m very laid back, I don’t have many rules. I don’t allow overnight guests at all, daytime guess can be discussed during interview but I don’t like a whole lot of people in my house or knowing where I stay. I have two jobs and I am normally at one of them a lot of the time when I am home I am normally in my room listening to music, sleeping, or maybe reading a book or watching TV you won’t have to worry about seeing me a whole lot if you don’t want to.
