-Comfy (and new) queen bed with new mattress and linens -Smart TV (55-inch) for your entertainment and High-speed internet and a workstation for remote work or relaxation

1. Moderate noise expected during the day: A respectful family of 3 adults with 2 service dogs live on the main home above.
2. Low ceiling: if youre over 5’10“, you might feel like a giraffe in a mini-van!
3. No washer/dryer, but laundromats are conveniently nearby in 2 mile radius.
4. No AC, but don’t worry being in the basement, the suite stays REALLY COOL even in the middle of summer! During winter, the smart wall electric heater quickly heats up the whole place.
5. Minimal storage. The suite is cozy and thoughtfully furnished, but does not include large storage space. Please pack accordingly.

Cleaning Fee: -The $800 security deposit is refundable, minus cleaning fees based on the condition of the suite at move-out. -Tiered cleaning fees will be assessed based on how long it takes to clean and sanitize the unit after your stay, particularly if pets have been present. If the suite is left in great condition, the cleaning fee will be minimal.

NOTE: This unit is tailored to traveling nurses and working professionals relocating to the area for a short term contracts. This unit is not suitable for a long term tenancy. 3 Month Minimum Lease.
