Bathroom is shared with one roommate who works a night shift so not likely you will ever have to wait to use it. Home is fully furnished and kitchen fully stocked. Drive way parking is included.
Utilities are separate and split between roommates (internet, water and electricity). Expect $100-$120/mo each roommate for total utilities.
About the roomies: One male and one female (late 20s/early30s). She is a teacher at a school and he is does security and is former military. Both clean and quiet.
About you: respectful and clean. Decent human being who is trustworthy and reliable to do your part in keeping house tidy and clean after yourself.
