The property is an apartment complex, I have lived here for about 5 years! Very close to the brick plaza and shopping centers! Nice neighborhood, very well maintained!

Disclaimer: this is NOT a a regular bedroom! This is a nook area I have in my kitchen that is a pretty decent size for a bed, tv, night stands and closet! The nook area has no furniture but if you have a bed and a couple of dressers it will fill the space! I can not allow pets! My lease renewal is in August and the actual end of the lease is October 31 of 2026, I plan on staying up until the lease is up which gives you 9 months August of 2026! Rent must be paid on the 5th of the month, please make sure your financial situation is up to par with that, I don’t do late rent! I work close to the apartment from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Thursday and Friday 7:30am to 2pm. I am very flexible and easy going person! I stay pretty much in my room! What’s included: living room access, kitchen access, balcony access, bath room access, internet and electric, there is a laundry mat in the apartment complex in walking distances! I am ok with guest coming over for the day but absolutely no overnight stays at all! If the space becomes available sooner I will update! Honestly looking more for a female roommate, but I am not opposed to a male roommate!
