TWO bedrooms to rent together. Own bathroom. You have one side, of the house, I have the other, with shared kitchen/living. If you need a home office, a place to stretch out, or just need extra closet space, this may be perfect for you with the two rooms. We do have a two car garage but a second car may not fit. Driveway parking, but we can figure out how to make some temp space if there’s a hail storm and need to get your car in for a night or two. Fenced in backyard, community pool. I’d consider a small dog or an indoor only cat (or two). Asking 35% of utility share, not half because I do have to water the yard. Free WiFi

Just me as your housemate. I’m a very youthful 55 y/o. I swing dance and am learning to play the guitar. I’m also a self-taught silversmith. Work from home for a large Corp (in my room, so not in a common space). I have one indoor only cat. I can’t really cook so the kitchen is usually free. I am super chill.
