Hello, This room is located in East Anaheim, near Sunkist and Lincoln. Beautiful 4BR/2Bath home near the 57 freeway, and 10min away from Disneyland/CSUF. We live in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The bedroom is very spacious with lots of natural lighting and is 10 by 13. Bathroom is shared with a young man and guests. We are looking for one responsible, respectful, and clean individual to rent this room. You will have full access to all common areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, kitchen, and living room area.

We are a loving young couple with 4 fur babies. 2 dogs, and (2 cats in our room). We work full time in Property Management and love to go out/travel. Vano is a roommate of ours who is very respectful and funny. He is going to Dental School and works full-time as well.
