Tenant will have use of all amenities and rooms except Master bedroom/bathroom. All bedrooms have locking doors. Home is fully fenced with mature landscaping, outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit and hot tub. Let me share my Oasis with you.

I am LDS and so I would prefer a female who does not smoke/vape etc. As long as you are clean, courteous and respectful we should get along great. I don’t mind if you have a pet as long as you pick up after them or contribute to the cost of a cleanup service. This is a fairly quiet home so if that is something you are looking for another plus. I love company so don’t feel you cannot have them if you want, as this would be your temporary home also. if you have questions feel free to just ask. I am a female USAF veteran looking for a short -term tenant. I love to travel, read, play games, and spend time with family/friends and dogs, hence, why I say fairly quiet. My dogs does do have a routine of saying hi to passersby when outside. We are working on this though.
