Over 300 sq foot room with full walk-in closet and private bath down the hall. Double windows with a view of our peaceful wooded backyard. Washer and dryer just outside the door. Extra storage space in attic if needed.

Room is large enough for a ‘family room’ set-up with couch/TV plus queen bed and dresser, etc.

Partially furnished but no bed or TV provided.

Quiet & safe neighborhood 2 miles from historic downtown Woodstock and Highway 575. Kroger/Publix/Aldi/Walmart nearby along with Noonday walking trail.

We’re at the back of the neighborhood in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Available furniture: gray sectional couch, loveseat with pull-out bed, entertainment center, glass end table, tall gray dresser with 5 drawers, wooden chest with 3 shelves, and an antique rocking chair. We can not accommodate other pets or children.

We are recent empty nesters who work remotely, and are looking for someone who works outside the home. We have friends over occasionally, but typically we’re quiet & laid back, cuddling with our pets in the family room or playing a board game. We have one 80 lb lap dog and two cats. They’ve raised two children, so they’re chill and love cuddles. Our college-aged kids pop in from time to time for dinner or to stay the weekend. They will not use your bathroom.

My husband works long days, phone call chatter is frequent, but you won’t hear it from your room upstairs.

You’ll have access to the downstairs kitchen, dining room, and family room.
