Hi folks. We are a married couple in a winter rental looking for short term tenants. No whole winter (might apply exceptions). We have everything here to make the stay comfortable and easy. Furnished house. All utilities included, water, electricity, internet, heat, pick up trash. You count with laundry and dryer in site, full bathroom shared for those rooms (prob just for you if no one else is renting) walk to the beach in 1 min, free parking on site, a whole empty fridge for you. The only shared things are kitchen and living room. Is an elegant old fashioned place to stay with two kitties in here (they are very lovely and clean in the floor upstairs, one is 10 years old and the other one 1 1/2 years old), you have to be careful of them when getting in and out. We have 3 extras rooms in our home. Max 2 persons per room. You are responsible for your own cleaning and no overnight visitors. No dogs allowed my dear folks, yes fish, cats perhaaaps, or another kind of small pet is negociable.

This also can be a one night stay, 2-7 days, depending of your needs. You can text me about , totally fine.

Applicants must have a job and proof of income. No credit score required, just payment month by month at the beginning of each month. Security deposit might be required depending of how long you plan to stay.

Tenants should be quiet, responsible, respectful and courteous. Must have a job and proof of income. Mostly to be at work and like to stay busy. Like cats and no party or smoker person. If you fit this, welcome!
