Utilities / WIFI included in the monthly fee. Offering a large, private, comfortably furnished room with walk-in closet in European-style building (lower unit - like a house). Close to grocery stores (Sprouts, and Bristol Farms), close to public transportation ( 3 blocks to public bus service which goes directly into UCLA campus, and reaching all areas in L.A, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City & beyond. Room rental includes: A Private room, fully furnished (including bedding and towels, and all household products. All utilities, including WIFI. SHARED facilities include: a sunny breakfast /sitting room, a large totally fitted out kitchen, a large tiled bathroom, new washer/dryer in unit, separate entrance door for renter, outside seating in garden area. About the roomies
There is one female roommate (myself, the lease holder, a journalist/ screenwriter, author). I am respectful of others and would like the same. I live mainly in the front half (not shown in photos) of this large apartment, and share the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, breakfast room etc.) with one roommate.
