Five to ten minute drive to TR or DT Greenville, rent includes Bedroom plus a spare room for storage, full private bathroom, washer and dryer onsite. Home is partially furnished. I have two couches in living room. Bottom floor is unfinished but perfect to store bicycles and have gym equipment. One car garage you may use. Would require first months rent, plus a security deposit of $650. Trash and water is included in Rent. I do not have cable/ internet. I would require to split the cost of power each month. I understand if you need cable internet. Would just require you to set it up and we can split the monthly cost. Any overnight guests will have to stay in your room. Extra room is for storage only. Living room area is not for overnight guests.
