• Guest until 10pm. Overnight guests max 2 nights/week • Visitors must leave by 10pm • No space heaters or personal ACs (new windows + new HVAC). We keep it comfortable.
Small dogs & cats live here — must love animals 🐶🐱
One person only. Smoking outside only. Message with a short intro if interested 😊
We share our home with other tenants. Good vibes here 😊. We don’t have a lot of rules and most are common sense for any home honestly. Over nite guests limited to two days and shared bathroom rotating cleaning schedule. Quiet after 10pm. Have washer and dryer to use and kitchen if needed.
