I have two furnished bedrooms with a queen-size bed, bed linen, a dresser, ceiling fan, TV, mini fridge and has a private full bathroom. You will have access to all amenities and common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and pool/jacuzzi.

Close to transit, Oldtown, PCC, Caltech and JPL.

• Rent is due as indicated and includes utilities.
• Form of payment TBD, I am open to accepting electronic payment via Zelle and Venmo.
• No meals are included. However, we would welcome your company, and culinary skills should we be able to arrange shared meals.
• No household supplies are included.

Please Do Nots: You must be a non-smoker, clean, professional, student/employee, and like a small dog, however, no pets are allowed. *We also have chickens and will hear them mornings and during the day.
