It is located less than 1 mile from downtown Mayo/Methodist hospital campus which is a short shuttle ride from St. Marys. The cost to rent a room would be $780 to 880 (depending on the size of the room) with utilities, internet, washer, dryer, and kitchen, dining and TV in room included. Garage space is optional.
