Furnished room with a large closet. The room is well-lit, two windows with mini-blind/curtain. 9.5 ft. ceiling, approx 9.5’ x 14’ size. (A non-furnished room option is also available). House is located near the 31st Street / Ditmars Blvd area. Bus, subway, and all other raw/bare necessities of life are within a few mins of walking distance. More furniture will be provided if needed.

House is secured with alarm/rental insurance, spacious with wooden floor, tastefully decorated, clean, and relaxing ambiance. Sharing spaces are a large 14x14 living room, hallway, bathroom, kitchen. High-Speed Internet and Utilities (gas, elec, heating/cooling) cost is shared ($100-$200mo ea.).

I am a male, my job keeps me occupied M-F morning till evening. I am a hygienic, tidy, compromising vegetarian, open-minded (yet reserved) person with a healthy attitude towards life in general and easy to co-exist.

A reserved professional male is preferred but open to a female roomie option. NO smokers, couples, recreational drugs user, drinkers, please! One month deposit+ reference+ POI is required.
